Mediterranean Cruise-- Day ONE

This morning bright and early we took the train to Civitavecchia. We got off the train and walked a mile or so with our luggage-- which was strange trailing through the city with our roller. We were ready and so excited to not haul a bag around for a whole TWELVE DAYS-- YaY! We arrived just in time to aboard the stunning Costa Pacifica, the cruise ship of music. A different rhythm accompanied you in every part of the ship. Not to mention a spa, workout facility, 4 Jacuzzis and 4 pools. I think we found heaven! We located our room with TWO TWINS. We were laughing so hard! Some how our reservation indicated two males. Our stuardist couldn't figure out why sane parents would name their son, Laurie. Ha ha haaa! After we returned from dinner and exploration of the ship we hit the balcony to watch us set sail. The best part was our roomies (Ben's parentals & Laura) right next door. We are off to Savona, Italy!
